Full-time police officer and part-time entrepreneur Derrek Burr pitched his no-drill, no-hole, easy-install curtain rod brackets, Kwik-Hang, on Shark Tank.
Hanging two 10 lb. potato sacks to show their strength, he shared the sentimental story of his late dad inventing the product.
It was curtains for Derrek as he didn’t get an inside deal, but on the sunny side, a window opened for outside exposure.
